1000 vs Super Scatter

Gates of Olympus 1000 vs Gates of Olympus Super Scatter

Both use a 6×5 base and 15 free spins, but 1000 upgrades individual multiplier orbs while Super Scatter upgrades the trigger prize.

Two different sequels

Gates of Olympus 1000 keeps the pay-anywhere/tumble system and raises individual multiplier orbs to as much as 1,000×. Pragmatic Play officially lists a 15,000× maximum win.

Why 1000 has stronger orbs

Super Scatter returns standard orbs to a 500× ceiling but adds a new symbol: 1–4 Super Scatters during the feature trigger award 100×, 500×, 5,000× or 50,000×.

Why Super Scatter has the higher max win

Both games start free spins with 4+ Scatters and award 15 spins. Three or more Scatters inside the feature add five more spins, while winning multiplier orbs feed the feature multiplier.

Free Spins and retrigger similarities

The “1000” name therefore does not mean a higher total game maximum. It describes the orb upgrade, while Super Scatter raises the overall maximum to 50,000× versus 15,000× in Gates of Olympus 1000.
